WWE: 10 Original NXT Graduates Who Have Had The Most Success

7. Fandango

If the dancer gimmick that Fandango is working as at the moment strikes you as strange or daft, you perhaps never saw the character vignettes that the then Johnny Curtis was 'rewarded' with after winning NXT Season 4. In these segments, Curtis would perform strange, literal representations of turns of phrase - for instance one week pouring a pint of milk over his head and pretending to cry. The thought of being a self-obsessed dancer must have been rather appealing. After a debut match at Wrestlemania in which he beat the veteran Chris Jericho, anything that followed would no doubt seem like a step down for Fandango, and as such he has cooled a little bit in recent months. However, an unsuccessful challenge against Intercontinental champion Big E Langston a few weeks ago suggests that he is at least still in consideration for a bit more of the spotlight.
