WWE: 10 Questions You Most Want Answered (Aug 2)

10. WWE Network Going Global

From @JBHuskers: With the global announcement of the WWE Network, do you think that will ease tensions?
It's great news that WWE Network will go live in 170 countries in August (sorry to the UKers that have to wait until October) because fans outside of the US have been hoping for it. It's not going to ease tensions completely. Since WWE just reportedly cut 55 jobs of office workers this week it's likely that all employees are going to be stressed out a bit. Five developmental wrestlers also got released in addition to Ricardo Rodriguez. Talent has to be concerned. If they mess up in any way they could pay the price by losing their job too. Long term it's a great thing that WWE is going to be in other countries and subscriptions worldwide will be going up significantly, but it's still a difficult time for people in WWE. The Network is a money loser right now. In two or three years that could change.
