8. Why NXT Divas Division Looks Better

From @ABC_1990: Why is the NXT women's division better than the WWE's divas division?

It's definitely a time thing. They are given more time in NXT. We know about the personas of Charlotte, Summer Rae, Sasha Banks, Bayley and all the rest. They get to cut promos. Their matches tend to go longer. It works. When they're on the main roster, they only get three to five minutes for matches and how many of the women have a personality on Raw? Just Alicia Fox these days. The babyface girls on the main roster just smile all the time, never get a chance to talk and really don't differentiate from anybody else. Emma does the silly dance of hers, but that's not something that anybody takes seriously. I think part of the reason is that Vince McMahon isn't that involved with NXT. He is obviously very hands on with Raw and Smackdown. That's not to say Vince is anti-divas. It just means he's set in his ways on the main shows while on NXT, which is led by Triple H, they're able to try different things. And it's working.
