WWE: 10 Questions You Most Want Answered (June 14)

9. Surprising Roster Cuts

From @SergioRPadilla: Which recent roster cut surprised you the most?
None of them really did except one. The reason I say that is because nobody that was cut was a heavily featured performer that was on the receiving end of a significant push. They are people that lost more matches than they won and in several cases they weren't even on television doing anything. It sucks that people have to lose their job, but from WWE's perspective why should they pay people that they never use? It makes sense that they would release some of them. My one exception is Drew McIntyre. That's because five years ago they told us he was the "Chosen One" that Vince McMahon felt would be a WWE Champion and then they just cut him after booking him terribly as part of the 3MB comedy group. He could have bounced back if he was booked better. He's not even 30 yet. McIntyre has the right kind of look and size that WWE likes, yet they gave up on him. I really hope he gets more experience elsewhere to become a better performer because he still has a lot of untapped potential. What I found funny was that they had 10 names listed for most of Thursday afternoon and then about four hours later they added JTG. It's as if they forget he still worked there. We all wish these WWE performers the best in their future. The indy scene got a whole lot better.
