WWE: 10 Questions You Most Want Answered (June 21)

2. Chris Jericho Or Bret Hart?

From @alpi1980: Longer career, much better mic work and better matches. Why is Chris Jericho still rated below Bret Hart?
There are probably a lot of people that think Jericho is better. If I really broke it down I might think it too although it's really tough to compare guys from different eras I know that may seem weird to say they are different eras, but it is true. Bret Hart was done around the time that Jericho was starting to take off in WWE. It's not like Bret ended his career the way he wanted to or should have. It should have been in WWE going against the younger guys like Kurt Angle, The Rock, Triple H and even Jericho himself. Instead, he was in WCW with guys who didn't have as much passion or care to tell stories the same way. Jericho's moments are fresher in our minds because they were more recent. He was one of the most consistently great WWE performers ever due to the fact that he avoided major injuries and had so many wonderful feuds with so many talented people. His work with the likes of Shawn Michaels, Rey Mysterio and CM Punk (just to name a few) was phenomenal. Maybe Jericho is better, but I think a lot of people will side with Hart just because he did it first and we tend to acknowledge the older guys more. That's just how society is. It's tough for me to decide who the better man is. I think there's definitely a case that can be made in support of Jericho as being a better performer than Hart.
