It can be done absolutely. They're probably going to need a heel World Champion at some point. It would give Rollins a lot of credibility early on in this heel turn. They can make him win it a cheap way and it wouldn't be a bad thing since he's a heel. While I don't think he's the type of guy that would be a World Champ going into WrestleMania 31 next year, they could definitely do it before the end of this year. Trying to predict who may or may not win World Titles is so hard in WWE right now. With Bryan's status up the air, plus Brock Lesnar lurking as a possibility and Cesaro possibly as the Money in the Bank winner there are so many things in play. Can we ever really count out John Cena? Triple H could always hold it again. Randy Orton probably won't because he did last year a lot, but it's a possibility. The way I always look at it is that the WWE Champ (especially when there's only one) has to be a guy that can considered a top three heel or top three face. If he's at that level then he has a shot. Rollins is at that level on the heel side, so it's definitely a possibility with him.
