We covered the rumors about him becoming a masked wrestler because WWE feels like they can't go any further with his current persona. That's not something I don't agree with due to the fact that they never really gave him a shot. Kidd showed in his match with Adrian Neville that he can put on an excellent match when given an opportunity. They went all out for 20 minutes, Neville got the win and after it was over Kidd bumped him when he wanted a handshake because he was mad he lost. It looks like the start of a heel turn for him on NXT although there's nothing for him on the main roster. If Kidd was given a fair chance on the main roster he could succeed. Do fans really want to see RVD go after the IC Title again? No. We don't care. We want somebody new. Instead they trot RVD out there. The right move would be put him with another talented guy that's barely used like Justin Gabriel and make them a high flying babyface tag team. See how far they can go. Putting Kidd in a mask isn't going to be the best thing for him, but apparently it's coming.
