From @C17Swampy: It seems like there is a lack of heels for Bryan to feud with now that Evolution is tied up. Who should he feud with?
This is one of those things that doesn't seem as bad as it appears because we hoped for Bryan to be WWE Champion for all of these months so why worry about a lack of heels? Most fans aren't going to believe that a new champion would lose in his first PPV title defense anyway. There's no reason to worry about anything yet. Kane is fine as a Bryan opponent for Extreme Rules and maybe even for Payback next month too. They could go back to the well with Orton (he does deserve a rematch) or Batista although there have been rumors that he may take a couple of months off after Extreme Rules. Putting Triple H in position to be Bryan's challenger is an option too. Outside of the Evolution group, look for a guy like Sheamus to turn heel and get a big push after a reboot. That's part of the reason why he's lost a couple of matches of late, which is rare for him. Guys like Bray Wyatt, Bad News Barrett and Cesaro are all legit possibilities too. My feeling is that WWE is going to build up to a huge Bryan vs. Lesnar showdown for the WWE Title at SummerSlam. That's going to be a massive showdown. For now, there's little reason to worry. Bryan needs a few months to establish himself as a champion.
