9. Former Champion Winning The WWE Title First

That's a tough one. There are some other former champions on the roster like Mark Henry and Rey Mysterio, but they're really off the radar now. Triple H could be a PPV challenger of Bryan although it's unlikely that he will actually win the WWE Title again. If Lesnar was a full time performer then he would be my pick for sure. However, due to his part time schedule I have my doubts that WWE would put the WWE Title on him. They did put it on The Rock at Royal Rumble 2013 and he defended it twice, but Lesnar's schedule makes it difficult to see him work three matches in successive months. It hasn't happened since he returned two years ago. My first pick is John Cena. Some people may not like that, but I think it's going to be hard for WWE to keep him away from the WWE Title all year so at some point he's likely going to win it whether it's off Bryan or somebody. Batista would be my second pick. They brought him back to be a main eventer and to be that on a consistent basis he would have to win the WWE Title again. After those two, Sheamus is a possibility if he's a heel just because I think WWE may push him hard in a new role.
