8. First Women's Title Win At Survivor Series 2001
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8OZeCk-93vw You never forget your first, right? In Trish's case, it's hard to forget the first time she became WWE Women's Champion. It was in late 2001 when she had only been wrestling for about a year. At that point the divas division wasn't very strong, but it was improving. There was a six pack challenge match for the Women's Title with Trish taking on Lita, Jackie, Jazz, Ivory and Molly Holly. In terms of experience, Trish was the least experienced woman of the group. However, WWE really saw star potential in her and they trusted her to continue to work hard as a performer, so she won the Women's Title for the first time that night. When she hit the Stratusfaction (bulldog using her feet to propel her off the ropes) on Ivory and won the title the crowd gave her a huge ovation. It was clearly the right choice to put the Women's Title on her that night. It wasn't the best match where she won the title or the biggest stage, but it was the first time and it showed fans that she was more than eye candy. She was a good wrestler too.
