WWE: 10 Reasons The Undertaker Could Retire At WrestleMania 30
6. Undertaker Feels He Can Pass The Responsibility
There's no doubt about Undertaker's injury problems, he's a guy in chronic pain from years of wear and tear. The reason why he hasn't left thus far is because he feels a responsibility to Vince McMahon and the WWE. "If I didn't perform at WrestleMania, in some strange weird way, I'd feel like I was letting Vince McMahon down," he told the Houston Chronicle in 2013. A year on from that interview, the WWE landscape has dramatically changed. While Taker may not feel any of the emerging WWE crop match up in name value to challenging his streak, he will certainly feel more assured in the capable workers he can pass the spotlight too. He already views John Cena highly, and is a big supporter of Daniel Bryan. He will also be encouraged by the development of Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns. Another reassurance will be the WWE Network helping to maintain fans and Triple H's developmental programs creating future stars. Perhaps he can look at WWE now and feel less responsible as the guy required to sell WrestleMania.
