5. Cena Should Take A Step Back First
When youre the face of the company, you have a ton of responsibilities, especially when it comes to merchandise and taking part in charity programs. Right now, Cena is white hot when it comes to merchandise. His t-shirts, caps, action figures, and DVD appearances have grown exponentially over the years, and there doesnt appear to be too many signs of slowing down. However, guys like Daniel Bryan, The Shield, Cesaro, and more are being further promoted, and over time their sales will skyrocket. Once WWE knows they have enough of a profit, they can afford the risk of turning Cena heel, a move that can potentially decrease merchandise until heel Cena products are released to the public. Then theres the amount of charity and sponsored events Cena takes part in. Hes the biggest wish granter for the Make A Wish Foundation, plus hes always at the forefront for such organizations as Susan G. Komen, The Creative Coalition, the Pearson Foundation, and Hire Heroes. These are positive, good nature acts of human kindness, and if Cena were to heel turn, he wouldnt have to stop taking part in these events, but he would most certainly have to keep his contributions private. You cant show the villain doing nice things on camera, and in that regard there would have to be a transition period to shine the spotlight on another top level Babyface who can take part in these programs
