10 Steps To Booking Ronda Rousey As WWE Divas Champion

4. Ronda Vs. Charlotte

Ronda is then not seen on WWE television until the top of 2017, eventually making a surprise appearance during an episode of Raw, alongside her new advocate - Paul Heyman! Heyman announces as only he can that as of now, Ronda Rousey is officially a WWE competitor, and that she wants a shot at Sasha Bank's title (we're keeping the strap on Sasha for a year because, y'know, it's Sasha Banks). This draws the wrath of none other than Charlotte, who has been kicking ass across the main roster's women's division for almost two years now, and is, shall we say, less than impressed at Ronda turning up after winning one match and staking her claim to the title. While Heyman and Charlotte initially trade vocal barbs, eventually, having seemingly heard enough, Ronda grabs the mic for herself - and blindsides Charlotte with it! Bah gawd! It's a Rousey heel turn! As a grinning Heyman looks on and the crowd begin to boo as they realise what's happening, Ronda proceeds to beat the crap outta the former Women's Champ, leaving her prone and dropping five words before leaving the ring with a smug look on her face and a chorus of boos thundering around her: "I. Am. The Women's. Division". Sure enough, Charlotte and Rousey square off at Royal Rumble 2017, with Rousey blindsiding Charlotte with a brutal couple of kicks before the bell even rings to leave Charlotte at a disadvantage she never recovers from. Rousey wins, and sets her sights on Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 33...
