WWE: 10 Superstars Who Could Deliver The Perfect Dropkick

6. Hardcore Holly

Hardcore Holly Dropkick Hardcore Sparky Bombastic Bob Holly was always considered one of the toughest guys in wrestling. He took eventual Butterbean fodder Bart Gunn to the limit in the ill-fated Brawl for it All, won the super meaningful Hardcore title six times, punked out Kevin Nash, and never met a rookie he didn't beat the living crap out of. Despite all of that, he was routinely referred to as having "the best dropkick in the business" by various commentary teams. While it might be a stretch to call it the best, the beauty of his dropkick isn't in its technical execution. It is more that it just seems so outrageously stiff. A Hardcore Holly dropkick always made it look like it was going to rearrange someone's nose to the back of their head.

5. Dolph Ziggler

Ziggler Dropkick Dolph Ziggler has come a long way from being shoved in a box and shipped back to OVW as example #15166 of what a cool sexy badass rebel Triple H. Sure, the company still underutilizes him to the point of causing open rebellion in the crowd, but at least now he can be underutilized while throwing what one random guy on the internet thinks is one of the top 5 best dropkicks of all time. That is definitely equal to a well-booked title run. Although, he might have always thrown that good of a dropkick. I've admittedly kind of added the Spirit Squad to my mental blocklist with the Invasion, Dawn Marie as Torrie Wilson's stepmom, and John Cena in the Nexus so that period is kind of a blur. Either way, take heart Dolph - they might edit out "We Want Ziggler" chants but they can never edit out your fantastic dropkick. Unless you really pissed off Vince I mean.

4. AJ Styles

AJ Styles Dropkick Yeah, I know this is the WWE section, and I know at this point AJ Styles has as much of a chance of showing up in WWE as "Pretty" Peter Avalon does of winning the World Heavyweight Championship, but this is my list and I'll do what I want. It is hard to talk about great dropkicks and not include AJ Styles. He has always been one of the most consistent workers out there, and his subtle reinventions over the years as he has evolved into one of the best examples of an American super junior all tend to have one thing in common - a phenomenal dropkick. Get it? I said his dropkick is phenomenal. Get it?

Gavin Bard was an American poet, novelist and short story writer. His writing was influenced by the social, cultural, and economic ambiance of his home city of Los Angeles. His work addresses the ordinary lives of poor Americans, the act of writing, alcohol, relationships with women, and the drudgery of work. In 1986 Time called Bard a "laureate of American lowlife". Wait, crap, hold on a second. That is Bukowski. Sorry. Gavin plays too many video games, thinks pro wrestling is the world's best performance art, and considers Hunter S. Thompson a better journalistic influence than Edward R. Murrow.
