WWE: 10 Superstars Who Ended Up With Surprising Jobs After Wrestling
9. Abdullah The Butcher - House Of Ribs And Chinese Food
One of the most distinctive wrestlers of all time owing to the deep blade scars on his forehead was Abdullah the Butcher. He enjoyed a long (and respected) career as a gimmick and hardcore worker in the territory days of wrestling. The legend of the old era went on to appearances in WCW and ECW, gaining a WWE Hall of Fame spot in 2012.
Despite still making the odd appearance between the ropes, Abdullah is for all intents and purposes done in wrestling. His main business these days is very different indeed.
"Abdullah The Butcher House Of Ribs And Chinese Food" in Atlanta, Georgia is a must for wrestling and food fans. Serving delicious barbecue and chinese cuisine at reasonable prices, the restaurant also boasts a host of wrestling memorabilia adorning the walls. Many visitors stop by and are treated to seeing the man himself, the location becoming a real hot spot for fans to visit. The food is what sounds good to me. Tripadvisor tells us the menu boasts "huge slabs of delicious tender st louis style ribs with a tangy sauce destined for the pork hall of fame."
One for WhatCulture readers to check out when visiting Atlanta I reckon.
