4. Shawn Michaels
Not the self-centred egotist who left wrestling in 1998 because of his back and other issues, that version of HBK would make a monster of a head of creative from all the stories told about him. But the guy who came back in 2002, with no less talent but a hell of a better attitude, would make a very good head of creative. Shawn Michaels would be the sort of head of creative that would be a little more fluid with what he considered main event talent and midcard talent. HBK only won one title in his return from hiatus in 2oo2, but he was very good at stealing the show- not only in single matches with worthy opponents like Jericho, Randy Orton and Triple H- but also in Survivor Series matches, as well as tag matches. HBK will be more conscientious therefore to utilize top card talents not only to make the whole card as deep as possible, but also to allow younger talents the experience to work with more experienced wrestlers.
