WWE: 10 Superstars Who Should Have Been Head Of Creative

3. Mark Henry

mark henry This may be a shock to some, but I believe that Mark Henry has the experience and the nuance to actually be part of the WWE creative team when he finishes as a wrestler. If anyone symbolizes persistence over some massive hurdles placed in front of him- many by the WWE creative themselves for the eventual reward, it is Mark Henry. A Henry-led creative would remember what is becoming a lost art in the WWE- the Monster Heel. Henry's best run was as possibly the best monster heel in the past five years, when he introduced superstar after superstar to the Hall of Pain. There hasn't been a monster heel since then that has really captivated the WWE the same way, simply because they have been pushed too quickly (Ryback), are not on TV often enough (Brock Lesnar). Henry would also, I believe, be patient with talent to ensure that they reach the potential they should, rather than slap on a gimmick which potentially wrecks much of a good career.
