WWE: 10 Superstars Of The 2000s That Everyone Forgot About

8. Orlando Jordan

Orlando Jordan The future looked bright for Orlando Jordan, not that anyone remembers his run. Debuting back in 2003, Orlando Jordan interacted with wrestlers such as John Cena, The Undertaker and JBL early on in his career. As a member of JBL's Cabinet, as the "Chief of Staff", he won the United States Championship from WWE's golden boy, John Cena. Not many can say that they hold a title victory over John Cena, but Orlando Jordan can. Mention his name to most WWE fans, and you'd be lucky if they remember what he looked like. Unfortunately for Orlando Jordan, his WWE career began to take a bit of a nosedive following all the success. One of his storylines focused around the fact that Chris Benoit continuously beat him in less than 30 seconds. While it meant that he did get more television time than a lot of WWE's wrestlers, it never quite managed to make him look impressive to the fans. He left WWE in May 2006, wrestling his last match against Gunner Scott on Velocity. Following his WWE tenure, Jordan competed on the independent circuits and joined NWE based out of Italy and became their champion. He lost that title to the Ultimate Warrior in 2008, in Warrior's first match in 10 years. Orlando Jordan went to TNA in 2010 where he started a bisexual gimmick that he had apparently pitched to WWE creative. He left TNA in July 2011 and is currently wrestling on the independent circuit.
