WWE: 10 Superstars You Will Be Surprised Are 10 Year Company Veterans

8. Josh Matthews

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnl0RvwHnYg Never mind being a ten year veteran, Josh Matthews is approaching 12 years with the WWE. Staggering really when you think how little the guy has actually contributed €” the talented Renee Young has only been with WWE a year and already shown way more acumen as a backstage interviewer. In addition to being an interviewer, Matthews has also done commentary across the range of WWE broadcasting. He has been the voice of ECW, NXT, even Raw and pay per views. However, these roles have never been long term €” basically because he sucks. Josh Matthews is no Jim Ross needless to say, in fact he isn't even close to Michael Cole standards of commentating. Yet somehow he has survived WWE all this time. I can only guess that Matthews knows the right person in WWE. Stephanie McMahon or someone must really get on with him personally, because in a professional sense he is completely interchangeable and dispensable. If Matthews disappeared tomorrow, nobody would notice.
