WWE: 10 Superstars You Will Be Surprised Are 10 Year Company Veterans

3. John Cena

Crazy as it may seem, John Cena is now considered the main veteran act on the WWE roster. Sure there are guys like Hunter, Big Show and Kane still knocking about from the 90's, but Cena is considered the leading veteran in the company due to his long status as the franchise player. He isn't part time, he isn't a mid carder, he is a top level star who has carried the company for the last half decade now. He is widely expected to replace the Undertaker as WWE's locker room leader once The Deadman retires. In many ways he already has, having gone to bat for both CM Punk and Daniel Bryan in the last few years. Cena may have only been on TV for 12 years but his veteran status is unquestioned €” he has been a main event draw time and time again.
