4. Hulk Hogan vs The Ultimate Warrior
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vTKSFfnEpr8 This may be the biggest long shot on the list, but this would be the ultimate retro match that the WWE could possibly promote on the anniversary card. When you consider what were the biggest main events in WrestleMania history Hogan VS The Ultimate Warrior is certainly a contender for the biggest. It was the first time you had two faces squaring off against one another, and the stakes were higher than ever as not only was Hogan's WWF Championship on the line, but also The Ultimate Warrior's Intercontinental Title. The two would later face each other again in a dreadful WCW feud which saw The Warrior appear like magic in a mirror before disappearing again in a moment that makes you feel embarrassed to be a wrestling fan. Fortunately for most fans the memory of this second match also disappeared just as magically, and this poor follow up can be excused as a product of WCW which is meaningless in the minds of most fans to the legacy of the original. A match at WrestleMania 30 between Hogan and Warrior could be a fantastic story to tell. These two men step back into the ring to settle an old score, and put an end to years of bad blood and internet insults before leaving as friends. Both men, well past their prime could muster one last gruelling match up as the ultimate celebration of both their careers. The shared post match handshake would be an instant WrestleMania moment to be forever shown on highlight packages and retrospectives. The timing is perfect as not only is now just about the last chance either man has to still credibly lace up their boots, but also because they are both available. Yes, technically the Warrior has been available since 1998, but its only been in the last few months since he signed a deal with 2K Games to appear in WWE 2K14 that he has been back on talking terms with Vince McMahon and buried the hatchet with the WWE. Hogan likewise is now free from TNA so if they wanted this match to happen all the stars are now aligned.
