10. Hogan Will Bring CM Punk Back For Mania
One thing sure to get Hogan cheers as the host of Wrestlemania is if he brings CM Punk back into the storyline. Fans are calling for Punk to return more than ever after his absence at the memorable Chicago show last night. Things are now perfectly set up for Hogan to bring the star back at Mania. You might ask yourself if Punk had agreed to comeback why would it be in a Hogan angle? Why wouldn't it be in Chicago? The answer to this could be the 'Wrestlemania 2000' logic. You deliver what is expected on a predictable night at a later event in order to get value out of the first instance and a second instance. If WWE has Hogan reintroduce Punk next week then they have created a genuine surprise and generated another week of buzz. It might not be as far fetched as it seems to predict a Punk return next week. It was unusual that WWE ran so many hints of him returning on Raw if it wasn't ever going to be the case. The company deliberately booked the show in Chicago to reference Punk and point out he wasn't there ... was this as a one off or a foreshadowing of what may be to come? Hulk Hogan could have the answer, perhaps adding Punk to the World Title Match at Wrestlemania 30.
