WWE: 10 Things That Must Happen At Money In The Bank

7. Cody Rhodes Must Turn On Goldust

Remember The Legacy, when that fresh-faced second-generation star by the name of Cody Rhodes looked like a future World Champion in the making? Or even when he produced the best work of his brother's career to help them light a (brief) fire into the tag division? So why on Earth have the WWE reduced him to dressing like his brother and dubbing him 'Stardust'? It's horrific, lazy booking, and hopefully it is just part of a storyline that will end at Money in the Bank. You'll remember it's about this time last year when Cody turned face, after Damien Sandow turned his back on him to claim that illustrious briefcase. It's quite ironic that they've both been resorted to dressing up in various guises, but for Cody, it should end here. The anniversary of his face turn should provide yet another pivotal moment in the career of Cody Rhodes - him turning his back on his brother once and for all. This appalling 'Stardust' business should hopefully be the thing that tips Cody over the edge, in all fairness. If it is a genuine gimmick that the WWE are going to persist with, then the entirety of the Creative team should be sacked with immediate effect. Cody Rhodes is a damn talented wrestler, and the first night of the rest of his career should be at Money in the Bank. The potential is still there for Rhodes to go on and become a real main event star with the WWE, but these nonsensical gimmicks are getting him nowhere.
