WWE: 10 Things That Must Happen Before 2014 Ends

1. Brock Lesnar Must Win The WWE World Heavyweight Championship

WWE.comWWE.comIf there's been one guarantee in WWE over the years, it's been The Undertaker winning at WrestleMania. Very few people have bet against him as virtually no one thought he would ever lose at the event. As big of a challenge as Brock Lesnar was, the odds were still in Undertaker's favor going into WrestleMania 30 especially since he had the upper hand in the feud. When Lesnar nailed a third F-5 on 'Taker and pinned him for the three count, the entire wrestling world stood silent. It took minutes, for some hours for it to sink that The Streak had been ended. Paul Heyman came out the next night on Raw with Lesnar in tow to brag about The Beast Incarnate breaking The Streak. Despite coming off the biggest victory of his victory, Lesnar didn't utter two words throughout the entire promo. Not only that, but he hasn't made an appearance on WWE TV since. Yes, Heyman has come out on Raw each week saying that his client Brock Lesnar conquered The Undertaker's undefeated streak at WrestleMania, but you'd think Lesnar would have shown up earlier to capitalize off the major momentum. It's been believed for a while now that Lesnar is due back for the SummerSlam pay-per-view to contend for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. It'd be foolish of WWE to not have him go for the gold following his historic victory at 'Mania and the fact Lesnar was eyeing the title long before he began feuding with Undertaker. Not only should Lesnar challenge for the strap, but he must win it as well. Lesnar's limited appearances obviously pose a problem for putting the belt on him, but it's the most logical course of action from a storyline standpoint. If he were to lose at SummerSlam (regardless of whoever his opponent will be), it would completely defeat the purpose of The Streak being broken in the first place. Lesnar will without a doubt be returning to WWE within the next few months and if he doesn't contend for the WWE World Heavyweight title, the decision to end The Undertaker's illustrious undefeated streak at WrestleMania will prove to have been pointless.
