WWE: 10 Things Vince McMahon Could Do To Get CM Punk Back

So it appears that CM Punk has finally had enough of Vince McMahon and his inconsistent creativity. The Chicago native reportedly walked up to Vince at Monday Night Raw and informed him he was going home, taking a flight back to Illinois straight away.

It's a bold move given the Wrestlemania pay packet that Punk will be missing out on, but this has been brewing for some time. People in the industry saw it coming, with Punk often turning up to work exhausted. He admits he rarely sleeps.

From Vince McMahon's perspective, he must be a bit taken aback. Despite his relegating of Punk's spot recently, he still values the wrestler as a key performer. Vince will be disappointed €“ the fact is WWE really need someone like Punk, whatever his position on the card, as he adds so much to the product. Whether it's his superb ring work (that gets himself and his opponent over) or brilliant mic skills that help sell PPV's, Punk is a reliable talent the WWE count upon. Both Vince McMahon and Triple H know they are better off with CM Punk on the roster. Which begs the question, will WWE now try to convince Punk to return? The straight edge star has put the ball in Vince's court, he has walked out and now it's the turn of McMahon to make a move. Will the Chairman admit he has made a mistake and tempt Punk back?
