These two WWE legends had several feuds during their career, but it's the one that involved Katie Vick and her corpse in 2002 that was the most memorable in every bad way possible. It's hard to know what compelled Vince McMahon to come up with the idea to not only create the Vick character, but then to have Triple H simulate a sexual act with the mannequin used to represent Vick. It was even in the casket too. At what point do you do an angle like that and say "that's a good idea" without somebody saying "hey Vince it's actually pretty stupid." Apparently not enough people said it because it happened and we got to witness it. Considering Kane went through the emotional pain of a guy humping the corpse of his dead girlfriend you would think that he would be put over by winning the World Title. Nope. Hunter won that feud. Kane was made to look like an idiot once again, which wasn't really new for him. Throughout this list you could see how many awful feuds that Triple H had in the 2002/2003 period. For whatever reason, once the brand extension started they booked him in some terrible storylines.
