WWE: 10 Wrestlers Who Have Suffered The Most Since WrestleMania 29
2. The Miz
Wow, how much farther can The Miz fall? Remember, it was only three years ago that he was in the main event of WrestleMania. These past 1,000 or so days have not been kind to him. Just one year after his showdown with Cena, he was reduced to a mid-card tag match at WrestleMania 28. Last year he was on the pre-show. But hey, he still got to wrestle in front of the enormous crowd, and he even won the Intercontinental title. It could have been worse. It could be like this year, as it looks like he won't have anything to do at WrestleMania. Somehow WWE just soured on Miz completely. It's not fully understood why this happened. After all, he's pretty much the same guy today as he was three years ago. His verbal skills and in-ring work remains largely the same. What he seems to have lost, though, is any support from the crowd. They also seem largely annoyed by his act. At Mania last year, Miz was a babyface taking on Wade Barrett. Right now he's...well, we're not exactly sure. He's kind of a face who complains about his push whenever he shows up, which is less often ever. Miz TV also appears to be on hiatus, and may not be picked up for a second season. On the bright side, at least he signed on for The Marine 4! That's sure to do wonders for his career. Just ask Ted DiBiase.
As Rust Cohle from True Detective said "Life's barely long enough to get good at one thing. So be careful what you're good at."
Sadly, I can't solve a murder like Rust...or change a tire, or even tie a tie. But I do know all the lyrics to Hulk Hogan's "Real American" theme song and can easily name every Natural Born Thriller from the dying days of WCW. I was once ranked 21st in the United States in Tetris...on the Playstation 3 version...for about a week.
