WWE: 11 People You Didn't Know Were Under Contract

6. Robbie Brookside

British wrestling legend Robbie Brookside hasn't been seen around the indie scene for a while, which is explained by the fact he is currently employed by WWE. He has been working for the big league since 2012, acting as a trainer and talent scout for NXT. To finally be in the excitement of WWE must be satisfying for Brookside, he started out in 1984 as a wrestler on Blackpool Pleasure Beach, working his way through every minor British promotion of the next two decades. Older fans will recall him on ITV's 'World Of Sport', a gangly wrestler, but one who knew how to work. He had dark matches in WCW and WWE along the way, with time also spent in New Japan and other international territories. Now based in Orlando, Florida, Brookside is finally a name in WWE. As you would expect, he is very close with the British contingent, particularly old buddy William Regal.
