WWE: 11 Reasons Brock Lesnar Breaking The Streak Is Justified

1. Taker Wanted Brock To End It

Whether you disagree with each and every point listed in this article thus far, it is white noise compared to this juicy revelation; Taker specifically chose Brock Lesnar to end the streak. The most well-respected professional wrestler of all time and leader of the locker room undoubtedly has the clout to control the fate of the streak, and who will be the one to break it. Thinking otherwise is absolutely ludicrous and a dead giveaway that you also probably legitimately believe that Vince McMahon is secretly Satan. Taker choosing Brock Lesnar shouldn't even come as that much of a surprise, considering that he evidently respects MMA fighters like Brock Lesnar and the effort they put forth into their craft. Over the years he actually has adopted traditional MMA gloves as part of his wardrobe along while deriving one of his finishers - Hell's Gate - from a similar-looking MMA submission hold. There's also the incident at a UFC event a few years back where Taker audibly asked Brock Lesnar if he "wanted to do it", and while the true intentions of that statement can endlessly be debated, it's not far off that Taker may not have been asking for a streak match, but if he would be willing to temporarily leave UFC and conquer the streak. The final word however is that this is ultimately something Taker wanted, and true fans of wrestling will accept the final wishes of arguably the greatest professional wrestler of all time. Thank you Taker.
