WWE: 15 Most Important Undercard Matches In WrestleMania History

15. The Dream Team vs The British Bulldogs (WrestleMania 2)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SlTEUimyLSY There's only one reason anyone should ever want to see Wrestlemania 2 and it's for this match. This was where the Bulldogs first and only reign as Tag Champions began in a solid victory over heel champions Brutus Beefcake and Greg "The Hammer" Valentine. EASILY outshining any other match on an otherwise awful Wrestlemania, both Davey Boy and The Dynamite Kid proved their value and potential- a potential which Davey would go on to reach, whilst Dynamite, unfortunately would not. This match stands as a bastion of proof to Dynamite's quality as much as anything else. He and Davey Boy would go on to hold the titles throughout the rest of 1986 before dropping them, in controversial fashion, to a little known team called The Hart Foundation in early 1987. Following the split of the Bulldogs in 1990, Davey would go on to become the sole British Bulldog carrying the legacy of the team forwards into a successful singles career.
