Throughout the years, WWE has put on many pay-per-views that have become classic television and featured moments that have lived in the annals of wrestling history. This list does not cover those events. Instead, this list takes a look at some of the worst, most offensive, and lamest events put on in the company's history. Whether the card was haphazardly put together or if the booking was simply stupid, people actually paid money for these events and probably screamed "refund!" at the top of their lungs when they finished.
