3. In Your House: Beware Of Dog
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tbE9c9ENlgw Not a whole lot is certain in wrestling but one thing definitely is: If an event as the "In Your House" name attached to it, that event most likely sucks. Beware of Dog was completely terrible but for a reason that you would never see coming. Beware of Dog started in the standard way, Triple H lost to Marc Mero in a typical opening pay-per-view match and that was followed by Steve Austin challenging Savio Vega in a strap match. Due to a severe thunderstorm, the power to the arena completely went out right before the match, leaving the ring surrounded by darkness and the pay-per-view audience staring at a black screen. Vince McMahon predictably freaked the hell out and went nuts trying to restore the pay-per-view feed. Meanwhile, the matches continued for the live crowd with all the babyfaces going over just because. The live feed was restored just before the main event of Shawn Michaels vs. British Bulldog took place and Michaels threw an in-ring hissy fit about his match being cut short. In summary, it was a total disaster. In an effort to save face, Beware of Dog 2 was announced to be taking place two days later. An encore presentation of the two matches that aired were shown and a main event of Goldust vs. the Undertaker in a Casket Match also took place. Goldust and Undertaker had some of the worst chemistry ever seen in a wrestling ring which is amazing considering the fact that they wrestled each other so many times. No matter which version you watch, Beware of Dog 1 or 2, both event's barks are worse than their bites.
