12. Brakkus
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MExJIx3JTsk The Brakkus character debuted using a gimmick that was common in wrestling: the evil foreigner. He was a German with big muscles that was there to destroy Americans basically. Isn't that what all the foreign wrestlers were there to do? They really tried to get the character over. At one point, they even sent him to ECW as part of WWE's working relationship with them. He had no memorable feuds or matches when he was in WWE. It was in that 1997-1998 period when WWE was trying a lot of different things out before they finally caught fire thanks to Steve Austin and others. He even participated in the Brawl for All tournament although he didn't do well there. It's interesting to note that Brakkus actually trained to wrestle at the same time as The Rock and Mark Henry. Needless to say, he's not remembered as fondly as those two are.
