WWE 2006 PPVs From Worst To Best

11. Armageddon

The Good: WWE decided to reward those who had bothered to order the PPV by changing the London/Kendrick vs. Regal/Taylor Tag Team Title match to a four way ladder match, also including The Hardys and a reformed MNM. Although a little cluttered at times, this was easily the match of the night (shame about Joey Mercury's face, mind). Elsewhere, Benoit and Chavo had their standard good wrestling match and Mr. Kennedy and The Undertaker had another strong outing in their underrated series (this time fought under Last Ride rules). The Bad: The Inferno Match between Kane and MVP wasn't very good. MVP hadn't yet blossomed into a decent worker. That would come after a few months on the road and in matches with Chris Benoit. The main event was a let down. The dream team of Batista and John Cena easily defeated Booker and Finlay in a match that felt more like a house show main event, rather than a PPV one. The Rest: Do not try this at home.
