WWE 2K18: 10 Leading Contenders To Be Cover Star
2. Kurt Angle
One of the biggest wrestling news stories of the year thus far has been the announcement that Kurt Angle will be inducted into WWE's 2017 Hall of Fame class. This marks Angle's first involvement with the company since 2006.
Angle was a huge star during the Attitude Era and afterwards, headlining WrestleMania and holding myriad world championships. His return will come with a ton of fanfare - and possibly more. News reports have indicated that Angle will be appearing on the Raw after WrestleMania, and the 48-year-old is expected to have his final run of matches with the company.
Given what fans just saw with Goldberg, there's no question that Angle could make a great cover star for WWE 2K18 - or at least a pre-order exclusive. Unlike Goldberg, though, Angle has a truly rich career history in WWE, and his long-awaited return might be enough to catapult him to the game box.
