Turning Face
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j4XpbONloto The last thing in this list is the simplest and the most career-changing move: turning face. Vickie Guerrero has been a terrifying heel for a long time: scarring fans with her catchphrase, "Excuse Me!" and fans boo her, irrespective of who she's with and what announcement she's making. Imagine, after being fired, what if she takes a hiatus, and returns to RAW or any pay-per-view as a face? Vickie Guerrero is a guaranteed Hall of Famer for her managerial duties, and if she returns after a hiatus in a great crowd, she will get a positive reaction, which hopefully, would be a great time to turn her face. Guerrero has played a great heel, and now, a face turn would be wonderful. She has done enough for the heels, and maybe, she could do the same for some of the faces on the roster, for example - Kofi Kingston. While he has recently won the US Title, Kingston is still a mid card king and hasn't won anything meaningful or illustrious. Guerrero could elevate him to great heights, and could maybe even make him a World Champion. Also, she could become an on-screen manager and could make face-like decisions to work the crowd in her favor. Simply put, Guerrero can possibly change her career and of others if she turns face. Guerrero is an awesome character, on screen and off screen, and she deserves better.
