Honorary Mention: RAW, 14/10/2013
The October 14th edition of RAW was simply awesome. Everything seemingly came together for one night and the excitement was at its peak. We had great promos, total nonstop action (pun intended) and quite possibly the greatest tag team match in the past five years with the Rhodes picking up an emotional tag team championship victory. And this is why I can't stand the IWC. As if you were a TRUE wrestling fan you honestly could not sit down and watch RAW that day then claim "the WWE is pg crap." This episode has proven just about everything I have said about the current product (which you can read by clicking
here) and if this quality of television keeps up but the ratings don't, I suggest the WWE relocate from America because they quite simply have no appreciation for the fine art of "wrasslin" anymore and should be punished accordingly. I mean, we lost the then WWF for a decade in the 90's down here (not to mention both Smackdown and PPV's in 03-04), so I am fully appreciative of any form of pro wrestling on the boob tube. Considering everywhere else in the world the WWE is booming (especially down under) speaks volumes to me.
