WWE's Ruthless Aggression Originals - Where Are They Now?

1. Rob Van Dam

A huge hit with WWE fans throughout the Invasion and beyond, Rob Van Dam had the Intercontinental Title resting proudly on his shoulder as Vince delivered his speech. He'd later unify the belt with both the European and Hardcore Championships, and continued as a prominent upper midcarder over the next few years, scoring numerous title reigns along the way.

RVD's WWE career peaked in 2006, when he defeated John Cena to become WWE Champion at the second ECW One Night Stand pay-per-view. Two days later, Van Dam was handed the reinstated ECW Title for the first time in his career, but was stripped of both belts following an arrest for drug possession in July.

He departed WWE in 2007, then returned for a second run from 2013-14. Van Dam still works a handful of indie events every year, but his in-ring career has taken a back seat since he left WWE, and RVD has wrestled just three matches in 2017 so far.

Now 46 years old, Van Dam spends his days living a quiet life on his own terms, but still makes the odd appearance at fan conventions.
