Molly Holly became WWE Women's Champion the night before the Ruthless Aggression speech, taking the title from Trish Stratus at King Of The Ring. She held the belt throughout the summer, eventually dropping it in September, but had to wait until July 2003 before she got the title back.

A long, dominant reign followed, with Molly spending 210 days as champion prior to losing it in February. She had her head shaved after falling to Victoria at WrestleMania XX, and made her final PPV appearance at Taboo Tuesday in October 2004. The upcoming Raw Diva Search saw a number of WWE's women's wrestlers released to make room, and while Molly survived the cull, her role became less and less prominent.

Holly retired from wrestling in April 2005, having reportedly grown frustrated with WWE's focus on looks over ability. She has made numerous one-off appearances since then, with the most recent coming at the 2017 Hall Of Fame ceremony, when she was shown on camera during Beth Phoenix's induction speech.

She doesn't compete anymore, but Molly is still involved in the business, and currently serves as the head female coach at Mr. Kennedy and Shawn Daivari's wrestling school in Minneapolis.
