WWE's TNA World Champions Ranked - From Worst To Best

1. Bobby Roode

Everything about Bobby Roode just screams 'professional wrestling champion'. In a lot of ways, Roode is close to the perfect wrestler. He looks like Arn Anderson and 2016 Triple H got together to genetically engineer a Canadian, has the cerebral style of a Curt Hennig with the flair trimmed off and he's got promo skills for days. Bobby Roode is as professional wrestler as it gets.

Roode was TNA World Champion on two occasions, and his first reign stands up today as the longest in company history. After turning on long-time partner James Storm to win the title, Roode held it for 256 days before coming up short against Austin Aries in one of the best matches in company history.

His second run came in 2014, providing the meat in a sandwich of Lashley reigns. It wasn't quite as memorable as his first, but Roode is and always will be championship material. It won't be long before he reaches these heights in NXT, I'm sure.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
