WWE: 4 Superstars Who Deserve To Be World Heavyweight Champion

The next World Heavyweight Champion should be one of these 4.

Sheamus is doing a fantastic job as the current World Heavyweight Champion and there really is no reason for him to drop the belt any time soon. His recent matches with Dolph Ziggler have been nothing short of fantastic and he is starting to get as the huge star he has always threatened to be. But, all championship reigns have to end at some point and the question is: Who is going to be the next World Heavyweight Champion? If it is going to be the winner of the Money in the Bank then the match needs more star quality adding as currently none of the 5 participants look like eligible title holders. Damien Sandow is too new on the scene and hasn't had a credible feud as of yet and isn't ready. Tyson Kidd hasn't done much at all within the company for years and despite his recent push and obvious talents, it is probably too early again for him. Christian has credibility but his time to be World Heavyweight champion has come and gone and they are unlikely to have the Intercontinetal Champion win the match. Santino Marella is a comedy act therefore resulting in him not being a serious contender and Matt Bloom has simply not done enough since his return as Tensai. The next World Heavyweight Champion should be one of these 4:

1. Alberto Del Rio

Always inserted into the World Heavyweight Title picture when WWE are in need of a main event and was recently moved to Smackdown to specifically compete for the title. His last Championship reigns didn't last extremely long as CM Punk's ascension to the top of the company could not be halted. Del Rio is scheduled to wrestle Sheamus at WWE Money in the Bank later this month and is one of the few credible potential World Heavyweight Champion on SmackDown.

2. Dolph Ziggler

One of the best talents that WWE have at the moment! Definitely in need of a Championship reign to get him out of the mid card and excel him to the top. He has all of the attributes to be a fantastic champion, all he needs is some better mic skills but this could be helped by possibly Ric Flair coming in to be his manager, which has been discussed. Dolph is not currently scheduled for the Money in the Bank World Title contract match but we expect him to find a way. Click "next" to read part 2...
