3. Justified Unpredictability

I use the unpredictability because you really don't know who this group is going to strike next as a target. I use the word justified to separate it from what is happening to the Shield. The Wyatt Family are heels that act like heels. They have no real agenda in the WWE yet except furthering their own mysterious leader's ends and helping him speak the truth to the WWE universe. Such an agenda gives you carte blanche to do pretty much whatever you want and still justify yourself- particularly if you have a mic worker like Bray Wyatt. The Shield on the other hand claimed when they first came to the WWE that they fought for 'justice'. They claimed to be saving the WWE from the tired status quo of the McMahons. Now, they seem to be acting as the bodyguards for said status quo. While this is not a huge deal in of itself, it does mean that the Shield has kind of gone from being anti-establishment bad guys who obeyed no rules to corporate chumps that seem to be in the thrall of middle management.
