4. Last Rites
October currently plays host to WWE's Hell in the Cell event. Which is kind of a letdown, you'd think every match would be held inside the unforgiving steel but that's not the case. Only the Main Events are enclosed in the 20-foot high cage, which is okay but kind of lame. Doing away with Hell in a Cell would open up October for a horror themed PPV much like WCW'S Halloween Havoc, only you know better. Doing an event like this can give some of WWE's more sinister match types a home. Matches like the Casket Match, Last Ride match, and Buried Alive match. These darker matches have pretty much been exclusive to The Undertaker over the years, but with his limited schedule it is unlikely we'll see him compete in one of these again. So instead of these matches simply disappearing forever WWE could give them their own night, and create a few new horror themed stipulations as well. Plus an event like this would be the perfect time for some fun cameos by some of WWE'S creepier superstars. The Boogyman VS. Papa Shango anyone? Heck the Hell in the Cell match can even go exclusive to this night, guarantying a solid main event.
