Just ask The Miz. Trouble in Paradise is an impressively flashy and athletic move. It requires Kofi Kingston to do a full 360 in the air while blindly kicking at his opponents face. The fact that Kofi is blind for almost the entirety of this move is what makes it so dangerous. Kofis opponent has to be sure to position himself perfectly or they could end up like...well, The Miz - kicked in the face. Because of the torque caused by Kofis rotation and because his finisher targets his opponents head, this move is dangerous every time Kofi uses it to get the win.
