WWE: 5 Reasons Cesaro's Alliance With Paul Heyman Will Fail

3. Cesaro Needs To Be The Focus And Cut His Own Promos

Cesaro benefited under Zeb Colter, and competing in the tag team division gave him more television exposure. However, Colter and his controversial promos were the focus of the group. We never really saw Cesaro develop his own character, and he will have the same issues under Paul Heyman. We already know that Cesaro can wrestle, and he is one of the strongest guys in the WWE locker room. What we need to see now is Cesaro develop his mic skills and move the character along. The career path to the WWE for Cesaro and his early run with the company is very similar to that of Daniel Bryan. They both made a name for themselves in the indys, and got themselves over with the crowd with their wrestling abilities. Daniel Bryan's early promos in the WWE were very awkward and his mic skills needed improvement. We really saw his personality come out in his work with Kane and Team Hell No, and the crowd got behind him. Now Bryan commands your attention in the ring, can go toe-to-toe with Triple H and The Authority, and can even hijack RAW. We need to see this type of progression develop with Cesaro. By moving from one manager to another, I'm afraid we will not get a chance to see who Cesaro is. Heyman will become the focus and Cesaro will be in the background once again like he was with The Real Americans.
