Whatever happens with Punk, one thing is certain: wrestling is his passion first and his means of income second. Even when he was wrestling in his backyard with very little training, he enjoyed doing what he was doing. It might be hard to find the passion inside the very corporate world of the WWE, where almost everything revolves around revenue streams and what's best for business (that line is painfully tired now, to be honest.) But we continue to watch because we see the performers who really love what they do and give their best night in and night out for fans like us. Punk's passion and love for wrestling will eventually win out, and we may see him back in the squared circle sooner than we think. Perhaps this is just his way of letting WWE Creative know of his discontent, but that will never kill his passion and drive to perform. What do you think? Is Punk gone for good or will he return eventually? Let us know in the comments below.
