4. The McMahon Way
Vince McMahon has to put his touch on everything and always has the final say. That isn't just mere speculation, many former WWE employees have no problem verifying that through books, podcasts, interviews, and blogs (Jericho, Mick Foley, and Austin for instance). He's a man who scoffs at sleep and has a dinosaur skull on his wall. He's made superstars and buried superstars and reshaped an industry several times over. That said, Vince McMahon has a track record of not giving fans what they want but instead he forces fans to think they want what he gives them. McMahon hears the chants and sees the double finger points. But it's a very strong possibility that he has his own vision of what Daniel Bryan will get and when he will get it. And if he wants to warp the WWE Universe to accept that vision instead of giving them the ending they think they want, he'll do it. He's already shown that ability by hijacking the hijacking of Raw and briefly getting fans to buy into Bryan vs. HHH before the Triple Threat Addition stipulation was added. If he has his mind set on an ending that doesn't include Daniel Bryan winning he will make sure the fans bend to his will one way or another.
