2. The Intimidation Factor
Whether you're facing Wyatt on his own, or with The Family in tow, it's got to be pretty daunting. The guy's beaten the likes of Kane and Daniel Bryan already, and he's likely to pop out of nowhere as soon as you see that unnerving sheep mask and hear that shout. Sure, it's not a mega-Wrestlemania winning streak, but Bray Wyatt could be on the way to something similar. Yes it's true, Bray Wyatt's main scare tactic is The Family, but a lot of the intimidation factor comes from the psychological element of his promos which work to confuse and unnerve opponents, even the likes of Kane. It was always the same with Undertaker, never so evident than his more recent feud with Shawn Michaels. Both Wyatt and The Deadman are masters of getting in the head of their opponent and breaking them down mentally using insecurities. With Kane, Wyatt attacked his desire to be a hero in a world where it's seemingly impossible to be one. With Michaels, Taker attacked his inflated ego. Both Wyatt and Undertaker (as part of their gimmicks) have a serious intimidation factor; the ability to really frighten an opponent with power moves, strong gestures and an unpredictable nature. Just as this has led Undertaker to world championships before, we anticipate that this will be one of the main factors leading Bray Wyatt to a similar level of success.
