3. Give Him A Female Manager
Throughout most of his career Ziggler has had some sort of female valet/manager/love interest. It started with former WWE diva Maria, before moving on to Vicky Guerrero, then most recently AJ. He had arguably his greatest run with AJ as his girlfriend. They shared great chemistry and made for an interesting power couple. It was around this time that Ziggler found himself in the main event of the TLC pay-per-view against John Cena in a ladder match. It was during this match that AJ sided with Ziggler and with her (and the artist formly known as Big E Langston) in tow he would capture the World Heavyweight Chamionship for a second time. Ziggler has the look and carries himself with the confidence that suggests he can have any woman he wants. So its only fitting that WWE continues to play with that notion.Ideally he would be paired with Summer Rae but since she's already involved with Fandango, WWE could pair him with Charlotte (Ric Flair's daughter) from NXT to try and recreate the dynamic he shared with AJ.
