WWE: 5 WrestleMania Entrances That Blew Our Minds

1. Shawn Michaels WrestleMania 25 €“ Light vs. Dark

http://youtu.be/9RjzpyFYWuw The sheer artistry in this entrance, its dynamic symbolism and execution will be a tough one to outdo, should it ever actually be attempted. It was the ultimate battle of good and evil: Born again Christian HBK vs. The Devil of Death Valley, The Undertaker. As the smoke arose from the stage, a beam of light cut through to the top of the Titantron, we bear witness to an all-white clad HBK. As he slowly descends via a platform, his entrance attire mimicking that of his opponent as a way of one last mind game (which both performers traded back and forth in the weeks leading up to WrestleMania) and arms out stretched, a chorus announcing his entrance. As he lands upon the stage, a wall of sparks raise up just long enough for The Showstopper to shed his white hat and trench coat, revealing his normal ring gear. As the sparks dissipate we hear the all too familiar entrance music of the Heart Break Kid. The remainder of the entrance is text book and yet elevated due to the grandiose nature of the WrestleMania stage. Though not relevant to the article, the match went on to be what many critics called the best of the year (not too shabby for a match that happened in the first third of the calendar year). The best part about WWE and the Sports Entertainment industry is that there is always another superstar waiting for their chance to outdo the last and make a name for themselves. What will the upcoming WrestleMania XXX provide in the way of entrances? With the PPV being simulcast via the WWE Network and the confluence of it being a "tenth" anniversary (the 10th and 20th editions have been impressive by comparison), the show is, on paper, almost guaranteed to be awe inspiring (booking on the other hand is yet to be seen).
